Job Description

Position Summary: The Youth Services Case Manager provides direct support to participants in the Hope Division’s non-child welfare affiliated youth serving programs, now focused primarily on runaway and homeless youth, and supports host homes offering temporary safe shelter for youth. The Case Manager also assists with coordinating and staffing outreach events across the state aimed at increasing community awareness of FSRI’s youth services and engaging community partners and residents in supporting underserved youth.



Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or at least 2 years’ experience in the field of social service, housing, or human services.
Case management experience and experience working in collaboration with community providers preferred.
Ability to work a full-time, hybrid, flexible schedule to meet program needs.
Ability to work independently while being a team player preferred.
FSRI values staff with bilingual language capacity and familiarity with the local community they will be serving.
FSRI includes pay incentives for bilingual staff.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation required.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.


Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

Travel to and from youths' residence, host homes, community locations and office sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators. Work may include standing/walking throughout the day.
Lift up to 20 pounds.
