Job Description

A Full-time Speech Language Pathologist will receive a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus within 15 months of employment! A Part-time Speech Language Pathologist, working 20 hours or more a week, will receive a $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus within 15 months of employment!

Position Summary: To provide speech/language pathology services to infants and toddlers including screenings, evaluations, assessments and treatment services in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards. We are currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist with the opportunity to work either full-time, part-time, or as an independent contractor. Our aim is to provide diverse opportunities to accommodate different preferences and availability. We welcome applicants with experience in any of these capacities.



Qualifications:

Minimum of Masters Degree from a Board approved school of Speech Language Pathology and meet requirements for licensing by the RI Department of Health.
Minimum of one year experience working with infants and toddlers in natural environments.
Current RI drivers license.
Current auto insurance.
Current CPR/First Aid Certification
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.


Continuing Education Requirements:

As needed to maintain Occupational Therapist licensure and meet personnel qualifications in the Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards.
Completion of Introduction to Early Intervention course.
Participation in semi-annual and annual employee performance review process, including development and review of professional/program goals and objectives.
Maintain CPR/First Aid
