Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!


Position Summary: Provides operational and administrative support and manages day-to-day operations for FSRI's Housing Security and Economic Mobility service continuum, including the Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS, Housing Stabilization, Coming Home, and Link-to-Quality Jobs programs, along with ancillary programs and services. Supervises direct service team and fosters collaborative working relationships throughout FSRI and across community partners and potential funders. Contributes to the vision and expansion of the service continuum and assists with resource development.


Qualifications:

FSRI will consider variety of higher educational degrees, years of related experience, and/or clinical credentials.
Experience in the housing field required.
Strong project management and program development skills required, as well as experience working collaboratively with community providers and other stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently and also collaboratively as part of a team.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., funding proposals, program materials, reports, position papers, policy documents, public presentations, etc.) preferred.
FSRI values staff with bilingual language capacity and familiarity with the local community they will be serving.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
