Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!


Position Summary: SUMMER/ESY Teachers needed: Mount Pleasant Academy, a leader in pediatric treatment/special education, is seeking RIDE-certified elementary teachers to work in our summer/ESY program. Work as part of a 40-day ESY program, in a self-contained classroom with a full-time co-teacher. ESY is very summer-friendly at MPA, with weekly field trips, elective classes, swimming, lots of outdoor activities, but also academic remediation. Schedule is M-Th through 2:30 PM, Fridays through 12:30 PM. ESY ends August 16th.


Qualifications:

RIDE elementary education certification required.
Experience with ED/BD children preferred.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
