Essential Functions:

Responsible for providing diagnostic assessments and clinical counseling services for diverse clients in the community and in the office in a variety of evidenced based programs such as Trauma Systems Therapy and Functional Family Therapy. Partners in a team with bachelor’s level clinical case managers to ensure appropriate delivery of services to clients and families. Clinicians have flexible scheduling capabilities based on client’s needs and regular supervision for those seeking licensure. Provides emergency crisis intervention/assessment as needed.

Requirements

Master’s degree in human services related field required.
Licensed preferred.
License eligibility within 2 years of date of hire required for non-MSW degree; MSWs must obtain LCSW within 2 months of hire.
Ability to document in an EMR (electronic medical record)
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
Must pass a DCYF and criminal record clearance.
Bilingual skills highly desired.
