Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator: The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is looking for a customer service/distribution coordinator responsible for working with member agencies to coordinate on-line orders, supervise agency order pick-ups and shopping on site, facilitate communication for special distribution programs and assist with marketing different food items. Qualified candidates must be able to perform administrative functions at a high level in a fast-paced environment including answering phones, working with spreadsheets and data management, using an inventory ordering database and managing projects. Must also have 5 years plus experience in customer service and be able to work with a diverse population. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree and extremely strong communication skills are required.
