Job Description

Director of Equity and Training: The Rhode Island Community Food Bank is seeking a dynamic leader to develop, oversee, and implement a comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) program that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and to partner with Human Resources on employee relations, policy development, and related issues. Also, this individual will be responsible for the development and implementation of an organizational wide professional development and staff training program. Demonstrates knowledge of DEI best practices. Experience developing & implementing staff training and development programs. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of individuals. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
