Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!


Position Summary:
Provides clinical Family Coaching and Visitation Center services, including TST informed clinical assessment and supports, to enrolled children and families who are actively working to repair relationships, address safety concerns, and successfully reunify. Working in a high-quality team consisting of independently licensed, experienced Clinical Program Director, clinicians, case managers, and transportation aides. Completes initial clinical assessments and treatment plans for children and parents; establishes agreed upon weekly schedule and plan of visitation activities for each family in collaboration with program team members. Has weekly contacts with DCYF case workers for the purpose of coordinating the visitation process, treatment and support services, and advocacy for each participating child and family. Provide in-home treatment and aftercare reintegration support for at least six (6) months post-reunification, whenever authorized in accordance with each family's needs and DCYF service plan.


Qualifications:

Applicant must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.
Masters degree in human services related field required; MSW candidates must have LCSW (or plan to test), other field Masters must be license eligible within 2 years of hire.
Possession of a valid drivers license, reliable transportation and proof of automobile insurance required.
Prior experience working with children and families involved in child welfare.
Experience providing supervised visitation a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly preferred.
Ability to use all MS Office programs, mainframe computer systems and Internet.
Ability to work independently and as an interdependent team member.
Able to work evening and weekend hours.
Ability to communicate effectively.
