Job Description

Receive a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus within 15 months of employment!


Additionally, due to funding from ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act), this position is eligible for a $750 Sign-On Bonus and a pro-rated Monthly Stipend up to $694.50. This is currently effective from date of hire until the end of June 2023.

Position Summary:
Responsible for overall management of the residential facility to assure the safety, nurturance, and care of the residents. Ensure that youth accessing treatment in the residential facility have access to competent, highly effective and compassionate care. Supervise program staff, program budget, staff scheduling, program purchases, strategic planning. Ensure compliance of all required trainings for all program staff in accordance with agency/state regulations. Supervise and support staff utilizing Trauma Systems Therapy and other evidence based treatments.



Qualifications:

Masters's Degree in human services (psychology, social work, marriage/family, etc.) required.
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, preferred.
Experience implementing evidence-based treatment required.
Experience with Substance Use Disorders preferred.
Prior supervisory experience required.
Willingness and capability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as scheduled and on-call responsibilities.
Knowledge of and sensitivity to cultural, ethnic, racial and socioeconomic issues.
Capabilities to implement appropriate child management techniques, which may include use of passive physical restraint.
Excellent communication skills.
Requires current drivers license, reliable transportation with a minimum of 3 seats in addition to the drivers seat and proof of automobile insurance.
Bilingual skills are compensated!!


Physical Requirements: This position requires residential and community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

Travel to and from community locations and residential site locations, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Ability to push or pull 10 lbs or more.
Ability to pick up 10 lbs or more.
Ability to be trained in and implement de-escalation techniques utilizing Handle with Care when necessary.
