Position Summary: Please join our passionate team in supporting youth and families in two very important programs here at FSRI. You would be working in both our Foster Care program and our Community Health Team. Responsibilities would include providing case management services. Assisting youth and families in accessing necessary services and basic needs to improve their quality of life. Teaching skills around self-advocacy for the youth and families and support in navigating the child welfare system and other complex systems of care. Participating on after hours emergency on call rotation and providing clinical case management support to youth and families. Please apply for further information. Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in human services or equivalent combination of education & child welfare or other child-serving system experience required.
Maintain a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance required.
Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for training and recruitment events.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
Required to obtain Community Health Worker Certificate within 6 months of employment.
Bilingual skills are compensated!!
