Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!


Position Summary: To provide oversight and management to the Agency’s central intake system. To act as a liaison between Family Service of Rhode Island and the community in order to promote services and ensure access to services. To coordinate intake functions between all programs at FSRI, inclusive of the organizations Emergency Response system. To develop policies, protocols, and develop systems to improve interdepartmental collaboration and communication. To provide other functions compatible with the department and Agency mission as necessary.



Qualifications:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field with independent licensure.
Minimum 2 years experience working in Community Mental Health.
Experience working with all ages preferred.
Prior program management, supervision, emergency evaluation and crisis management experience required.
Experience in an Intake Department preferred.
Excellent communication and computer skills required.
Bilingual skills are compensated!!
