Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!

Position Summary: The intern will support the team by assisting with data collection, evaluation, and end-of-year reporting activities. The Program Reporting Intern reports to the Health Equity Zone Director. This is an unpaid internship opportunity for hours towards credit-awarding programs or personal learning experiences. Duration and hours are flexible based on the needs of the student and the project.


Minimum of 2 years post-secondary education in an accredited degree-awarding program
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Commitment to and ability to meet deadlines
Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple project portfolios
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

Travel to and from community locations and office sites, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19
