FSRI is looking for a dynamic leader to join our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Team. We are looking for a Director of Adult Services to create community-based programming for adults impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. Position Summary: The CCBHC Director is responsible for building, leading, and overseeing all facets of adult services under FSRI’s Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). Lead the creation of new community-based services for adults impacted by serious mental illness and serious and persistent mental illness and their families. Provide strategic leadership around service delivery models and clinical workflows, oversee compliance with state certification standards, and work with agency leadership to create new programming to meet the needs of CCBHC clients. Recruit and maintain a multi-disciplinary team who delivers high-quality services. Assists Department Direct with oversight of all aspects of CCBHC Initiative, specifically around adult-serving programs.
Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in human service, public health, or health care administration field (psychology, social work, public health administration, marriage/family, nursing, etc) is required, and independent licensure is strongly preferred.
Must possess a passion for working in the field of behavioral health and the desire to build strong teams to deliver high-quality services.
Experience delivering and overseeing trauma-focused, evidence-based treatments and practices required.
Prior clinical and/or administrative oversight of adult services is required.
Experience providing training and consultation related to clinical interventions, trauma-focused evidence-based practices, and overall mental health education is strongly desired.
Ability to inspire a diverse team to deliver high-quality and innovative treatments and services.
Ability to work independently at a high-level and cover for Department Director as needed.
Ability to work remotely with knowledge of how to navigate various computer systems and databases.
Must pass a DCYF and criminal record clearance.
Possession of a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and auto insurance also required.
Bilingual skills a plus.
