Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!



Position Summary: Ensures that the property is clean and orderly.


Qualifications:

Independent, organized individual who takes pride in creating an attractive environment for his/her fellow workers.
Skilled in carpentry, painting, electricity, plumbing, heating to the extent of being able to maintain the building and perform routine repairs and minor renovations and repairs.
Knowledgeable in purchasing supplies, equipment and services for facilities and in controlling costs for same.
Own transportation.
Knows OSHA regulations.
Hours must be after school, starting between 3-4 PM.


Physical Requirements: Employees in this position must have the ability to:

Travel to and from community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to communicate by voice, use sight and hearing.
