Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!

Position Summary: Provides leadership for the Cedar program and is responsible for all aspects of program management including development and implementation of program policies, procedures, and CQI efforts in all program areas including clinical and administrative services, staffing/human resources, budget/finance, supervision of staff, and general program administration. Represents Cedar in State Cedar Program activities and with community stakeholders; Answers incoming Cedar direct phone line calls as needed; Screens and triages new Cedar referrals for appropriateness and eligibility and assigns new clients.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in Mental Health or Human Services
Experience with children and families with special health care needs
Bilingual preferred.
Rhode Island Community Health Worker Certification preferred, or to obtain in the first 12 months of employmen
Experience in program administration, staff supervision, including at least 3 years of program or organizational leadership.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills.
Ability to work in person and remotely ensuring PHI compliance.
