Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for the collection data, data entry, and management to support client care. Collaborate with Project Director, Supervisors, and team members on data requirements and collection for federal and state reporting. Coordinate with Billing Department and CCBHC team members to ensure data integrity. Support on-going fidelity of the CCBHC framework through monitoring of metrics and benchmarks. Support team in collecting quality measures related to client care. Collect and generate reports around utilization of services, including crisis services.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required.
Experience in human services preferred.
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Spanish Speaking preferred and is compensated
Flexible schedule with some evenings.
Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
Ability to work independently and part of a team.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.

Physical Requirements: This position requires community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements.
