Job Description

FSRI is always looking for candidates that want to make a positive impact on the community we serve in!

Position Summary: Responsible for providing case management and/or behavioral support services to clients and their families in the Providence Public Schools. Advocates for the clients and families to access and connect to appropriate resources that will help improve the quality of their lives. Works collaboratively with the team to best meet client needs. Clients will predominantly be older teens who have recently immigrated to the US and need support navigating their new life.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field required
Skilled in operating various medical record software and hardware, word-processing, and database software programs
Spanish Speaking skills required.
Flexible schedule with some evenings
Excellent multitasking and communication skills a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.


Physical Requirements: This position requires community visits, employees in this position must have the ability to:

Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, registration and auto insurance
Ability to communicate effectively
Travel to and from clients’ residence, community locations and office site, which could include using walkways, stairs and/or elevators
Ability to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to work remotely and in person adhering to PHI requirements
