Essential Functions:

Answers the telephone line, transfers calls and greets clients, collects copayments, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and tracks authorizations. Able to float between multiple sites. Flexible schedule to include evening hours when needed.

Qualifications:



Bachelors level education or equivalent experience
3 plus years of medical office experience a must
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
In-depth knowledge of third party payers
Outstanding communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills required.
Excellent computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook are required.
Ability to travel to various locations if necessary.
Possession of valid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance is required.
Ability to work Wednesday's and Thursday's until 7:30 PM.
