Team Leader, FCCP - 2105

Job Description

The Team Leader is responsible for providing ongoing leadership support to assigned team members including FSCCs and/or FSPs and provides FSCC services to a smaller than average caseload of FCCP families. Ensures provision of high quality, appropriately individualized, FCCP/wraparound services to eligible families in the West Urban region. FCCP services include stabilization, assessment, linkage to other community services, and Wraparound facilitation services for eligible families with more complex or longer term needs. Works with families with children at risk for abuse and neglect, at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, with Serious Emotional Disturbance, as well as with youth with or at risk for juvenile justice/wayward involvement and/or exiting the RI Training School. Works with caretakers, youth, their natural supports, DCYF involved staff, and other community providers. Assists the Clinical FCCP Supervisor and/or FCCP Director with tasks associated with daily program operations and community engagement as needed. Provides Wraparound training support and on-going coaching support to other Team members; assists with the wraparound certification of assigned staff.


Master’s degree in human services related field of study required as well as prior Wraparound experience, certification preferred; and at least 3 years OF experience providing family-based services.
Mental Health license and/or at least 1 year supervisory experience is preferred.
Must be able to work flexible schedule to meet program, staff, client, and agency needs.
Also, must be willing and able to share on-call responsibilities for the FCCP program.
Spanish language skills preferred but not required.
