ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Exciting opportunity to be part of cultivating an integrated and dynamic multi-disciplinary team. Additional role of working within a small leadership team to develop enhanced systems for efficient program operations. Provide individual supervision to assigned Early Intervention staff including orientation/training for new staff, quality monitoring, clinical review and professional development. This includes active oversight of staff productivity, documentation, billing and program standards/practices. Monitors all assigned staff’s services - service coordination, interpreting, therapy - that are provided to clients and their families and ensures compliance with IDEA, Rhode Island Early Intervention Certification Standards, and agency practices.

Provide remote supervision, and client interventions/services during COVID19 and be willing to make home, community and office visits. Need a very experienced staff who has worked providing service delivery in EI, willing to carry a small case load independently, and has experience in supervision of state and all RI mandates.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Qualified professional in any of the following: education, nursing, social work, occupational, physical and speech therapy fields consistent with RI Early Intervention Personnel Standards and with discipline-specific RI state licensure and/or certification.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree with 3-year experience providing developmental and educational services to infants and toddlers and their families, preferably within a coaching model in child’s natural environment.
Prior supervisory experience required.
CPR/First Aid.
Current RI driver’s license and auto insurance
