Position Summary: Maintain children with severe psychiatric diagnoses and behaviors in their homes by providing intensive clinical services.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, family therapy or a related clinical field required.
Experience providing individual, group, and family psychosocial assessments and treatment.
Demonstrate expertise in assessment, crisis intervention, and child and family therapy, focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion
Have a solid commitment to your work and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of child and adult development and have a working knowledge of the theories and methodologies upon which IICAPS is based.
Proficiency in oral and written communication.
Bilingual skills are compensated by an additional 6%, above base pay.
